DIY - GARTER - LEGGINGS



Many girls have been heart broken by how quickly the Nasty Gal Garter leggings sell out each time they restock. The trendy leggings retail for 58.00. Some fly Chic's have taken it upon themselves to save some time and a few bucks and make their own version of these fab leggings. Want to know how... continue to read below ..
